- Avoid sharing live training session links with others.
- Be respectful toward instructors and other participants.
- Not reproduce, distribute, or misuse any training material shared during the course.

Any violation may result in removal from the course without refund.

4. Agreement to Terms

By paying the course fee, users confirm their agreement to these terms and conditions. It is the user's responsibility to read and understand the policy before proceeding.

Cancellations and Refund Policy

Once a participant has registered and paid for a course offered by Lotussoft Tech, cancellations are not permitted. We request all users to review course information carefully before making payment.

2. No Refunds

All payments made for training programs conducted by Lotussoft Tech are non-refundable under normal circumstances.

3. Exceptions for Refunds

Refunds will be processed only under the following specific conditions:

  • If a class or batch is cancelled by Lotussoft Tech

  • If a duplicate payment is made

  • In the event of a verified technical failure on our side (such as payment not reflecting despite a successful transaction)

Lotussoft Tech does not sell or deliver any physical goods. All our training programs and services are delivered digitally through online platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet.
